What the site provides
The site hosts cleaned versions of publicly available Singapore exam papers. Papers are free to browse and download for personal study and teaching use. We do not own the underlying papers, so users should assume they remain subject to whatever copyright applies to the original.
No warranty
The site and its contents are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantee that cleaned papers are complete, accurate, free of errors, or suitable for any particular purpose. We make no guarantee of continuous availability.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to: attempt to overload the servers; automate bulk-download of papers; redistribute downloaded content commercially without first verifying you have the right to do so; attempt to access admin-only areas.
Removal requests
If you are a rights holder or otherwise believe a paper should be removed, please use our copyright and removal page. We review requests promptly and aim to respond within 7 days.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from use of the site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
